South Port Day Links is a community volunteer based organisation that is overseen by an elected volunteer Committee of Management, which is responsible for the governance, leadership and strategic planning for SPDL in liaison with the SPDL team.

To support the governance of SPDL the Committee of Management has a sub-committee structure in place, the SPDL subcommittees include:

• Marketing and Fundraising Subcommittee

• Policy and Risk Subcommittee 

• Human Resources Subcommittee
